1. Services Provided East Valley Rides offers non-emergency medical transportation. We operate within the entire phoenix metropolitan area in addition to long distance trips upon request.
2. Booking and Reservations ● All bookings must be made through our website at rideevr.com or via our scheduling line at (888)-335-0578. ● Bookings are subject to availability. A confirmation will be provided once the booking is confirmed. ● Clients must provide accurate and complete information for all reservations. ● Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled ride for a full refund.
3. Pricing and Payment ● Pricing is determined based on the distance, time, and type of service selected. Additional charges may apply for wait time, tolls, or other related services. ● All payments must be made by credit card through square or via Zelle. ● Payment is due at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy ● Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. ● No-shows or cancellations made after the cutoff time will result in no refund. ● In the event of a service disruption from East Valley Rides (e.g., due to mechanical issues), we will notify the customer promptly and rescheduling will be offered. ● All bookings made for same-day rides are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel a same-day booking, no partial or full refund will be issued. ● These policies help us manage scheduling and ensure availability for all riders. 5. Passenger Responsibilities ● Passengers must be ready at the pick-up location at the designated time. ● Passengers are responsible for their belongings. East Valley Rides is not liable for any lost or damaged items. ● Seatbelts must be worn at all times, and passengers are expected to follow local traffic and safety regulations.
6. Behavior and Conduct ● East Valley Rides reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who exhibits inappropriate, disruptive, or dangerous behavior. ● Damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger will be charged to that individual, including cleaning fees for spills or excessive dirtiness.
7. Limitations of Liability ● East Valley Rides is not liable for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen events. ● We will not be held responsible for any missed flights, events, or appointments due to such delays.
8. Force Majeure East Valley Rides is not liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or governmental restrictions.
9. Insurance ● All vehicles are insured as required by local laws. However, passengers are encouraged to have their own travel insurance for any personal belongings or incidents.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions East Valley Rides reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
11. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of America without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
